I've used 9 photos, 3 PP's and there are metal book thingies and words scattered throughout the DLO. I think that about covers it all. I was going for an 80's retro look with that old-fashioned wallpaper we used to have somewhere in our homes Smile

Emma I love the "retro" look and the book hinges and triangle matting looks great. Beautifully done.

It definitely does look very retro and I love it! The cogs add some unique interest to the page.

Oh this is great and tells such a story-it is retro and I love that idea! I am rather taken with your journaling circles too.

You've used these older photos very cleverly, Emma. Great title.

I also love the way you have used your pp as a frame to the phots and the metal book clip is cute.

Is that your brother you are calling a monstrosity?!?! (I couldn't quite make out all the journalling) Fortunately we didn't have wallpaper but love the way the pps work with the photos for the retro feel.

Love the retro look, Emma. Those triangles are really eyecatching - and I love the cogs too. Great work.
