Somewhat late with this one, but done at last. I was inspired by a page I saw on Pinterest.... loved the circle and Distress Stain blobs, but went my own way after that. I've used only two of the criteria, my blending tool and 12 bling.

What a great teen page Kathy, and the circle just draws your attention to the centre and the pic but I still do love the white space
