Diagonal movement, star and wet technique (glimmermist on background and Distress Stain on alphas).
Niel asked me to make an award for our mechanic who had been on the receiving end of some hissy fits by his customers who wanted things down yesterday or were unhappy about things beyond his control. He had a good laugh when Niel produced it instead of having a hissy fit (he asked if he could have his 'now').

Those 'watermark' cogs on the background look fantastic and I love the use of the cog diecuts....the journaling is great too. Lovely.

What a great idea, lov the cogs and agree with Kathy the ones on the pp are very clever, love the tag with the tow truck too.
