I took this photo on or trip to Qld last year. I have used a Kim Glasson texture over it to get the washed effect.

Wet medium - distress stain splats
Country - the "string" is from some burlap I had lying around (or perhaps on my table as a Christmas decoration brought home a few years ago from school... this piece was kind of hanging off so I "borrowed" it).

This has come up so beautifully. I love the burlap touch and the alphas you've used. And I agree with Steph, the rustic look is perfect.

Oh you grab the wonderful rustic part of the photo with this LO with the ink and the texture motif on the paper. Love the burlap string. Gorgeous.
