Challenge One
The November flower is the chrysanthemum so for the first challenge I would like you to use this photo for inspiration -
Challenge Two
It is traditional to decorate a hat for the Melbourne Cup lunch so for this challenge I want you to decorate your page with items that could be used to decorate a hat - flowers, ribbons and beads.
Challenge Three
With all the talk about different ways to alter chipboard I thought we had better have a chipboard challenge this month so your challenge is to create a layout with at least one piece of altered chipboard on it.
Challenge Four
November 11th is remembrance day and in honour of all those who fought in wars for the freedom of our country I want you to create a layout that has -
*red for the poppies we wear
*the word remember on it somewhere
*11 of some item eg. 11 flowers, 11 stars, 11 buttons etc.
Challenge Five
November is the month in which thanksgiving is celebrated so for this challenge your inspiration word is "THANKS"
Challenge Six
November is also the month in which Guy Fawkes night is celebrated so for this challenge your inspiration word is "FIREWORKS" _________________

Wow, these are great challenges,Lorraine. How I wish I could stay home and scrap today - these are really tempting.
Ah, but I do have my yummy DT pack to tackle first - and I'll hate myself if I leave my kids' reports till the last minute. So, not today, Josephine.
Thank goodness there is a whole month ahead of me, busy as it will be. Hmm, and there's Christmas cards to plough on with too. Oh, dear, time is just too short. _________________

Great challenges. I hope to be able to get to work on some of these later on after I have caught up with the school work. If not they can be my January challenges ( so far I have to do September and October ) _________________

Hmm... these challenges are creating some interesting thoughts, I'm intrigued by the idea of 11 items on the page.
Just wondering though... does altered chipboard mean basically chipboard that is different from how it started? Or does it have to be a bit more than just inking? (ie something a bit trickier or labour intensive than just ink). _________________

Joey inking is altering.. so that would work. _________________

Oooh, I really like these ones. I can see myself sinking my teeth into them, as soon as I get some more sleep _________________
