I know most of you are terribly jealous of those at retreat for the whole weekend, so to ease the sting just a little, I'm going to send a little RAK to anyone who has ALL THREE CHALLENGES in the gallery by Tuesday morning and who isn't at retreat. I know, I know, it's not quite the same...

Challenge One - based on Star Wars
- there are three trilogies in the Star Wars movie saga so use three lots of three items on your page eg 3 flowers, 3 circles and 3 photos.
- Darth Vader wears all black - use black on your page
- the Millennium Falcon had a number of hiding spots - have something that is partially covered on your page
- the droids R2D2 and C3PO both have numbers in their names - use numbers on your page

Challenge Two - based on Dr Who
- the weeping angels are a race of predatory creatures from Dr Who - use wings to represent them
- Dr Who is a time lord - use a clock on your page
- Tom Baker wore a distinctive striped scarf - use stripes on your page
- Dr Who's time machine (the tardis) looks like a London police phone box - use rectangles and squares on your page to represent the tardis

Challenge Three
Sorry it's so late and a photo of a printout - but it shows you what you need to know. Wink

I used the second page of the sketch:

Challenge four
If you're like me, you probably have bits and pieces strewn around, some of which are rejects. I challenge you to find a reject and repurpose it - I've had the gold embossed panel sitting in a box of I-don't-like-that card bases for *ahem* probably more than two years. When I decided to look at it differently, this card took about 10-15 minutes to finish off. If you're feeling brave, show me the junk before it becomes beautiful! If you're feeling perfect because you don't have any rejects, you can remake one of your earlier projects (the older the better Wink ).

Finished. I have done 8x8 pages rather than 12x12 as I wanted to do some pages for our son's album as he has been home for the first time in over 2 years. If that's not OK, please let me know and I'll move them into my member's album.

That's so good, Karen. Have you restarted your computer?

As it is, I've put them into my own album as there is no special album for them as yet.

Good luck with the school project Karen. I'm normally the one setting them - not looking forward to actually having to do them! Very Happy

Hope you get some scrapping in between the work Toni.

Well, don't all drop dead from shock, but I actually did a LO!! The first for over a year I think. (My bag is still packed next to my desk from the March retreat I went to, I think 2 years ago!!) Hoping it is the first of many more to come.

I wish.... Just finished all my end of month reporting for all my other clients given the time I will be away Rolling Eyes Mind you I do have my magazines for some inspiration... and a notebook where I am writing down my ideas... unfortunately I didn't have any room in my poor little bag ones I packed all the HSE folders, log books and additional uniforms for my team.

BTW Ladies, the gallery looks fantatic
