Challenge one:

Words to live by

This was a Photo A Day prompt and I thought it was really interesting so I would like you to be inspired by this for your first challenge. Here are some samples:

Challenge Three: Stash busting
I was looking at my distress stains, which I adore, and was surprised to see how little I have used out of each bottle... we all have wet media (inks, stains, paints, sprays) I am sure - I want you to use it!

Challenge five:

The theme for the Creative Jump Start this year was "around the home". Use something from around your home as either an embellishment or a tool.

Challenge six:

Christmas Card - let's get stamping. Once you have finished your Christmas card or tag you may use the stamping prompt on other non-Christmas items e.g. card, mixed media, OTP or LO.

my christmas card stamping used this technique with versamark (glad i used large alphas - it was tough to see!) and then i brushed pearlescent powder over it.

my "around the home" item was the plastic bag which the flowers mum gave me for my birthday came in. didn't even have to get up from my desk, so i don't know if it really counts as around the home... innocent

Fantastic samples ladies, and great challenges too. With the temperature forecast to be in the 40's again this weekend I think I have found the perfect way to spend it...should be fun playing with the mixed media as it will dry very quickly.

Thoroughly enjoyed creating for these challenges.
Just challenge 4 to go, the YIR.
Have not done this before but purchased myself a visual diary today, so am having a bit of a brain storming session with myself on just how I am going to tackle this one Shocked
Wish me luck girls!
