I have a tablecloth that I made in about 1990 (I think) and every year it goes on one of the tables on Christmas Day and everyone present signs it. It is funny every year checking back to see how the kids signitures have changed and "Oh yeah that's the year so & so came and Look how Sam wrote her name when she was 5" etc etc. I mad it from calico and always have the permanent laundry marker handy.

Well I have a tip to kick start christmas lunch off when you have people there that dont really enjoy it !
Champagne Sangrias Cool easy to make, tastes yummy, and feels like you are having healthy fruit juices. After a couple of those most people are happy to be there. Laughing

I also find that going to a Carols By Candlelight service, any where really, puts you in the" good will towards others" mood. You come home from one off those feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. I would definately recommend going to one.
